1. General provisions

  1. These Terms govern the use of the Perły Sudetów website (the “Website”) — an information and travel guide to the Sudetes region covering attractions, places, events, curiosities and news.
  2. The service provider is the Perły Sudetów project team (details of the entity operating the Website will be added in the final version of the Terms).
  3. The public part of the Website is available free of charge and without registration. Acceptance of the Terms is required when submitting a partnership request (B2B) and when using the owner panel.

2. Definitions

  • User — anyone browsing the Website.
  • Partner — a business or institution (an attraction operator, a restaurant, accommodation or craft business) that requests a partnership or presents its offer on the Website.
  • Owner — a person nominated by the Partner who has received an invitation from the Editorial Team to the owner panel.
  • Pearl — the description of an attraction or place on the Website.
  • Editorial Team — the team running the Website.

3. Rules of use

  1. The Website is informational. We select and verify content with due care, but prices, opening hours or trail availability may change — please confirm them with the operator before you travel.
  2. It is prohibited to use the Website unlawfully, to disrupt its operation, to bulk-scrape content automatically without the Editorial Team’s consent, or to impersonate another person.
  3. The Website may contain links to external sites; we are not responsible for their content.
  4. The Website’s editorial content is protected by copyright. Photos and materials supplied by Partners are used on the terms described in section 5.

4. Automatic translations

  1. The Website is available in Polish, Czech, German and English. Content in the Czech, German and English versions is translated from Polish automatically (using artificial intelligence tools) and may contain language errors or inaccuracies.
  2. The Polish version is the original. In case of discrepancy or doubt, the Polish version prevails, including with respect to these Terms.

5. Cooperation with partners (B2B)

The terms of cooperation with Partners form part of these Terms.

  1. Submitting the form in the “For owners” area is a request for cooperation and does not constitute a contract. The Editorial Team will contact the Partner to agree on the details.
  2. The offer includes the “Start” and “Partner” packages for Attractions and for Places; their scope is described on the “For owners” page. The scope, duration and any fee for the cooperation are agreed individually with the Partner.
  3. The Partner declares that the data provided is true, that the Partner holds the rights to the texts and photos supplied, and that publishing them does not infringe the rights of third parties.
  4. The Partner grants the Editorial Team a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish the supplied content and materials on the Website and in the project’s promotional materials (including language versions and automatic translations) for the duration of the cooperation.
  5. The Editorial Team may refuse or end the publication of content that is unlawful, misleading or inconsistent with the nature of the Website.
  6. The Partner may at any time request the change or removal of its Pearl and data by contacting the Editorial Team.
  7. The Editorial Team does not guarantee any particular number of visits or promotional effect.

6. Owner panel

  1. An Owner account is created on the Editorial Team’s invitation, sent to the e-mail address given by the Partner.
  2. The Owner keeps the password confidential and is responsible for actions taken in the panel using their account.
  3. Access to the panel requires electronic acceptance of the current version of the Terms. The system records the version and the date and time of acceptance. After the Terms change, acceptance must be repeated on the next visit to the panel.
  4. Content added by the Owner (events, curiosities, changes to a Pearl’s description) is reviewed by the Editorial Team before publication.

7. Personal data

The rules on processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Website. We use the data from a B2B request to handle the request and to contact you about the cooperation.

8. Complaints and contact

Comments and complaints about the operation or content of the Website can be sent by e-mail to the contact address given in the footer of the Website. We respond within 14 days.

9. Changes to the Terms

  1. The Terms may be amended, in particular in connection with changes in law or in the scope of services. The current version and its date appear at the top of the document.
  2. Owners learn about a new version when they enter the panel, where renewed acceptance is required. B2B requests submitted earlier are governed by the version the Partner accepted at the time of submission.

10. Final provisions

Polish law applies to these Terms. Consumers retain the rights granted to them by mandatory provisions of law. The Terms take effect on the date of publication.
